Any missing items, breakages or shortages MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All deliveries are made using our own transport and photographs of deliveries are taken prior to shipping.
Returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged / missing items will be replaced on the basis of:
- Al items are in original packaging and missing items are alerted to the driver and noted on the delivery note
- No cuts or drilling have been made to the items
- They are unused and have been stored inside
- Return shipping cost is non refundable and a restocking charge of up to 25% will be incurred
- Cancellations will incur a 20% fee due to the items being bespokely cut to size and powder coated per order.
